Local host for a NANOG meeting | Work with Merit to locate a hotel, provide connectivity, build the hotel network, and staff the meeting. |
| Contribute network equipment for the meeting | |
| Sponsor a morning or afternoon break ($4,000) and display your equipment during the break | Two engineers from your organization exhibit your equipment on a tabletop display. Breaks are 30 minutes and are sponsored by a single vendor or provider. |
| Participate in the Beer 'n Gear reception ($10,000) | Display your equipment at a table staffed by two engineers, meet informally with attendees, and enjoy drinks and hors d'oevres :) Eight to ten vendors or providers participate in each Beer 'n Gear, depending on room size. Beer 'n Gear participants also receive recognition as the meetings's continental breakfast sponsors. |
